"Seascape Studies"

  • create a mini collection.

Lesson 5

"Dry Hill"

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

This lesson focuses on creating a quiet, light-filled landscape with rolling hills, trees, and a sense of calm open space.

You will learn to:

  • use the "high line" composition;
  • paint shadows into white clouds;
  • paint trees with the dry brush technique.

Lesson 6

"Cloudy Morning"

Duration: 50 minutes

In this lesson, we'll capture the feeling of early morning, with transparent light, fresh air, and the quiet awakening of nature.

  • interpret a photo reference and add missing elements;
  • use a very limited palette to create a harmonious mood;
  • paint a cloudy wet-on-wet sky.

"Forest Light"

In this lesson, we'll paint a forest scene filled with soft light, gentle shadows, and the calm mood of a quiet walk beneath the trees.

  • apply the big, medium, small approach to organize details;
  • create texture using splatter techniques.

  • balance the composition using repeating elements;

"Walk on the Beach"

I can't draw at all. Should I take the course?

Of course you should! The course is designed so that it starts with simple paintings and then progresses to more complex ones, allowing you to smoothly integrate into the process and achieve high results!

The course will also be beneficial for experienced artists. You will further refine your technique and enhance your visual understanding.

At the end of the lesson, you will upload a photo of your work. The teacher will have the opportunity to leave textual, graphic (annotations on the drawing), as well as audio comments on your work.

At the bottom of each lesson, there will be a comment section where you can ask any questions related to the learning process.

If you have a plan without feedback, it will depend on your personal pace at which you complete the lessons.

With plans that include feedback, we actively conduct lessons for two months from the moment you "unfreeze" the course.

Overall, I recommend taking the course at a relaxed pace. Enjoy the process more!
