What the course is about

During this course, we’ll dive deep into the world of watercolor and explore the beauty of water in all its forms. Together, we’ll create a collection of paintings featuring human and animal figures in mesmerizing aquatic settings.

You’ll learn to capture the essence of water — from calm turquoise depths to foaming waves, from the sandy ocean floor to the greenish reflections of a lake.

Each lesson will introduce different techniques and textures, depending on the desired atmosphere and artistic effect.

I’ll show you how to compose your work to draw the viewer’s attention, how to balance precise details with expressive spontaneity — that special “creative chaos” that brings watercolor to life.

Who will find this course useful

Perfect for beginners with basic watercolor knowledge, and for intermediate artists looking to deepen their skills and experiment with new techniques in watercolor.

If you enjoy experimenting with techniques and colors, you’ll find this journey both inspiring and rewarding. I’ll show you how to develop a color palette to create underwater scenes, how to isolate figures from the background, and how to create light reflections.

And if you wish to expand your skills in figurative watercolor painting, I invite you to step into my dreamlike aquatic world, where imagination flows as freely as water itself.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I can't draw at all. Should I take the course?

Of course you should! The course is designed so that it starts with simple paintings and then progresses to more complex ones, allowing you to smoothly integrate into the process and achieve high results!

The course will also be beneficial for experienced artists. You will further refine your technique and enhance your visual understanding.

At the end of the lesson, you will upload a photo of your work. The teacher will have the opportunity to leave textual, graphic (annotations on the drawing), as well as audio comments on your work.

At the bottom of each lesson, there will be a comment section where you can ask any questions related to the learning process.

If you have a plan without feedback, it will depend on your personal pace at which you complete the lessons.

With plans that include feedback, we actively conduct lessons for two months from the moment you "unfreeze" the course.

Overall, I recommend taking the course at a relaxed pace. Enjoy the process more!

It's never too late to learn to draw. In our school, 30% of students are over 50 years old. They enjoy drawing, developing their skills, creative thinking, and rejuvenating their spirit and mind!
